Wearing Colibri

To use Colibri, it must be attached to a glasses frame. It can be attached to the user’s own glasses or to the plastic frame without lenses that comes with the product.

IMPORTANT: If you intend to position Colibri on someone else’s face, it is recommended to first try the device on yourself so that you have a perception of the sensitivity and ideal positioning of the device.

To position it on any frame, firmly press the tabs of the clip (holding it from above the name “Colibri”) while sliding the device along the glasses temples*, as shown in the image. Note that the clip has a groove on the inside, made to help mount it on thinner frames. If this is the case, make sure the glasses’ thin arm fits inside the groove.

When attaching Colibri, it is recommended to position it as close as possible to the right window of the frame so that the facial sensor opening is aligned with the user’s eyelid.

*If you need to mount Colibri on the left arm of the glasses, follow the procedure shown in the video below:

Troubleshooting

What if I don't wear prescription glasses?

You can use Colibri with a frame that doesn’t have lenses, such as the one shipped on the product box. As long as the frame has a temple, Colibri can be attached to it.

Colibri is designed to be attached to the temple of glasses, but it can also be attached to other items such as a headband, a single sided headset or a hat.

Can I attach Colibri to my own glasses?

Yes. We provide a frame withou lenses, but Colibri has a removable clip that can be attached to most common types of glasses frames.
