Troubleshooting

My Colibri does not appear in the device list

Make sure your Colibri is disconnected from other devices and available for pairing. This happens when the Colibri’s indicator light is alternating between green and red. If the Colibri remains completely still for more than a minute, it will sleep and the indicator light will turn off. If this happens, simply shake the Colibri to return it to pairing mode.

If the light is steady green without flashing, your Colibri is already connected to another device. Locate that device and unpair or turn off its Bluetooth.

If the Colibri is flashing green and red but still doesn’t appear in the Bluetooth search list, check if your device is compatible with Bluetooth 4.0 or higher.

Can I connect with more than one device at the same time?

No, Colibri can only be connected to one device at a time. To connect Colibri to another device, it is necessary to first disconnect it from the current device and pair it with the new device.

The Bluetooth connection is unstable and disconnects on its own

  1. Make sure the device you’re trying to connect to is compatible with Bluetooth 4.0 or higher, which is the version of Bluetooth used by Colibri.
  2. Move the Colibri and the device closer together to ensure a stronger Bluetooth signal.
  3. Check if there are any other devices nearby that could be interfering with the Bluetooth signal. Turn off any other Bluetooth devices or move them farther away.
  4. Try resetting the Bluetooth connection by turning off Bluetooth on both devices and forgetting Colibri on the bluetooth menu, then turning it back on and attempting to reconnect.
  5. Restart both the Colibri and the device you’re trying to connect to.
