Get to Know Your Device
The Colibri is a small and lightweight wireless device designed to clip onto any eyeglass frame using a clamp similar to a binder clip.
Inside, there is a sophisticated motion sensor, a facial gesture detector, and a rechargeable battery. It also has an indicator light and emits beeps for signaling.
Charge the battery and make sure it’s ready to go
The first thing to do when you receive your Colibri is to recharge its battery. When the battery is 100% charged, the Colibri has autonomy for about 30 hours of continuous use.
- Plug the small tip of the micro USB cable into the charging port on the top of the Colibri, as shown in the image. If the clip is blocking the port, move it aside by folding or twisting the adjustable axis.
- Plug the other end of the cable into any 5V USB charger (not included), plug it into the socket, and press the button on the back of the Colibri to turn it on. If everything is correct, the Colibri light will flash red, indicating that it is charging.
- When the charge is complete, the light will switch to green. Turn it off using the button, remove the cable, and follow the next steps.
